I visited this location for an oil change that came with a promotion for free wiper blades. I was told the service would include: • Oil change • Door hinge lubrication • Window cleaning • Tire pressure check • Installation of new wipers The technicians I interacted with were Nikhil and Prabh. From the start, the experience was frustrating. I was pressured to buy additional services like transmission fluid replacement, even after I declined.
