ATIS, Prabh, and the mechanic went above and beyond — they stayed after hours to finish the service on my car and made sure everything was delivered perfectly. Avoid this Mr. Lube location at all costs!!! I brought my Audi A5 Sportback here for an oil change, and their staff damaged the bottom cover of my vehicle due to improper servicing. The first time, the manager admitted fault and offered that they would either replace the damaged piece or provide a free oil change during my next visit. I refused the free oil change and asked to have the part replaced as it's obviously more expensive than an oil change and that it was initially in good condition.
