I’ve been a repeat customer at this Mr. Lube location, but I’ve had two disappointing experiences recently that I feel corporate needs to be aware of. On my most recent visit for an oil change, I presented a 15% off coupon that had been emailed directly from Mr. Lube. Despite the coupon clearly listing this location’s address, the staff repeatedly refused to honor it. Only after I kept pointing to the address on the coupon did they reluctantly apply the discount. Came in with a tire puncture. After a lot of slow walking around, they dismounted the tire and discovered that the nail hit an old patch (what are odds but okay). Declined to repair, told me to go get a DIY repair kit from Canadian Tire (seriously?) and fix it myself. Ended up paying $40 for no help whatsoever. Next morning went to a proper tire shop where they peeled off the old punctured patch and applied a new one in 15 minutes flat. Mr Lube should stick to oil changes and leave tire work to professionals.
The customer service here is the best I’ve received in Canada hands down. The team went over and beyond to fix my tire. From the manager to Anthony to the others, I say thank you. Every time I’m there, I’m offered a drink to make sure I’m ok. Absolutely fantastic experience.
I got assisted from Mustafa and team, He explained me everything and helped me with the service. I highly recommend this location for ur service.
