I went to your location yesterday for what should have been a straightforward oil change—nothing more, nothing less. I was assisted by Jatinder, and from the beginning of the service, I was repeatedly told that I needed an engine flush before the new oil could be installed. I clearly stated that I did not want an engine flush. When I asked whether it was actually necessary based on the km on my vehicle, I was unable to get a clear explanation.
