I used to be very happy here, but since the staff changed, the quality has dropped. They missed critical things: they said my brakes were fine when they actually need replacing, and they completely ignored my spark plugs. I don't mind paying a premium for an oil change, but only if the service is thorough. This last visit was unacceptable
