I had a negative experience with another Mr. Lube location that ended up damaging my oil pan and using poor-quality gaskets. My car began leaking oil because they didn’t properly install the drain plug. Needless to say, I was hesitant to go back to any Mr. Lube. However, I decided to try the Mr. Lube in St. Albert, and I’m so glad I did. The team there completely changed my opinion. Oil change done. A good experience Axton was very knowledgeable with no hi pressure sales talk. Loved how they guys worked as a team while it was busy with full bays.
The bay was empty, but we had to wait over 10 minutes just to get in. When they finally got going, we wanted to pop next door for a coffee and get something to go but they refuse to let you leave your vehicle and forced us to stay and wait. It was over 30 minutes of us just sitting there. We'll find another oil change place that cares about giving prompt service and flexibility.
Wanted $82.00 to change a $1.00 valve stem. I get there is labour involved but not that much for a 5 minute job. They tried to justify it by saying they had to rebalance the tire which is untrue.
Nice people very friendly great customer service I was low on tire pressure and they helped me .will visit again
