Ron, did amazing job! Gave me beautiful advices about my tires! He has a great customer service value and speaks Spanish! I’ll be happy to go back to Mr Lube St Albert.
Unfortunate experience here as my mom took her Lexya here and was told to start vehicle and it made a huge grinding noise and the oil all spilled out. My husband and Showed up as we wanted it documented in case something happens later on to the engine and Ron the manager on duty refused to do so despite their mess up. All we got was excuses and no accountability was taken . Used to be our go to spot for all 3 vehicles but won’t be returning
