Today early morning, I noticed my car had a flat tire. I went to several places on Memorial Avenue, but no one was ready to do it quickly, and I was being told to wait for two hours. Since I was getting late for work, I decided to go to Mr. Lube on Central Avenue, I received quick service there — the manager personally asked an employee to get it done right away, and my car was ready in just 10 minutes. I really appreciate their excellent service. The manager is very kind and professional. Highly recommended!

I went to this shop last week to get my tires changed. After the replacement, the tires were not properly balanced, and while driving on the highway, the steering wheel was shaking heavily. Two days later, I went back and asked them to rebalance the tires, but they refused. They insisted it wasn’t a balancing issue and told me I needed a wheel alignment instead.
