I visited Mr. Lube for a punchure. I was impresed by the great service provided by Ekow. He was gentle, frienly and efficient. I thought I had to buy a new tire buy he fixed my tire. I saved a lot of money because of His great service.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to Mr. Lube for a tire puncture repair. I arrived at approximately 4:05 PM and initially waited in line before being instructed to park in a designated parking spot while my tire was repaired. The tire was taken into the service area, but the repair process took much longer than expected.
