Amazing service kind staff
These guys destroyed my engine. Went in for an oil change and they showed me that the engine filter had been put in backwards. They asked me if I wanted to change it, I said no because I always say no to upsells at these places. They replaced the filter the “correct” way around: meaning they flipped it and blew all the dust and crap into my engine. 20 minutes later I decelerated in fast moving traffic on the 401 and nearly got rear-ended. This place just ruined an engine in my friend’s car. I’m a licensed mechanic and I took a look at it for her. She came in for an oil change and they saw the previous tech had put the engine filter in backwards. So they just flipped it. Sucked all the crap from the filter into her engine which destroyed it. According to them she agreed that they should just put it back in the right way but they didn’t explain that she could ruin her engine.
