FYI to women - Normally had great experience at Mr. Lube. I went in asked for synthetic oil, I had to tell three different employees “no” to the engine flush, after I heard them talk about how to get me to say yes??? They tried to tell me my oil was bad and showed me, but there was no metals or globs in it?? Ended up calling my husband because after the third no, it was getting uncomfortable… I won’t be going back.
Great customer service - but you have to be very clear what you want because they will add or up charge for many things. If you want an oil change and only that you have to be SUPER clear :)
Thank you so much to these kind gentlemen. I had a nail in my tire and my pressure was low I had to get to Toronto and my husband was in the city waiting for me. Adai and Tarun plugged my tire and made it so it was safe for me to drive. They were efficient and kind. I would go back there anytime. Thank you again for making a stressful situation into a calm ending.
Aadi was great! Even gave me his car so I could pick up some things for my car while it was in the shop! Everything was quick and done to perfection. Definitely coming back.
