I went in for an oil change and they said it would be 100 dollars but ended up paying almost 500. They charged 80 dollars for a cabin filter and 70 dollars for an air filter. They said my coolant was low so they had to do a coolant flush I said that’s ok but they keep on insisting. I also waited in line for over an hour when there was only one car ahead on me in the service bay. I would not recommend this location to anyone I like.
Wish I had read the reviews before I went. Pulled up with one car in the bay in front of me, was told 10-15 minute wait. No one came to update us. Sat waiting with my two little kids. I would have left except I really needed the oil change and now I was blocked in by several other vehicles. After 50 minutes of waiting I went in and was told maximum 20 minutes more because the car in front of me added extra services. Talked to the manager, who really didn't have much to say. I came for a tire change, and they did not tighten one of the valve cores (i can turn at least another quarter turn with minimal force). It caused a slow leak and eventually a flat tire. Money wasted.
