I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mr. Lube. Not only was I unhappy with the service I received, but I was even more disappointed with how my concerns were handled afterward. I contacted a manager to get an explanation and discuss the possibility of compensation for the poor service. Unfortunately, instead of taking my concerns seriously, I felt that the manager was rude, dismissive, and brushed off my complaints. Botched oil change for $160, told them right off the bat I don't need an air filter that my car was just bought, you know how they try to upsell you....well they tried to remove it anyway and ended up breaking a vacuum line. The tech even took a picture and showed us, they left all the wires not clipped back in and hanging. They left oil residue allover and didn't bother to secure my skid plate. They showed much care to my vehicle 10/10
So yesterday I bought tires in mono mills needed them installed ASAP. So I went to orangeville mr. Lube and tire. Fella with turban said np. 15 min. And said but its 102.00 plus whatever. I paused, thrn said just do it. Seemed pricey for 2 tires install. Well i went fir a drink at Mc Donald's and came back after 20 min. The fella and another short and aggressive guy were struggling and couldn't put a tire on that rim if there were diagrams to show them even. Did not take long to see something was wrong.
