Yesterday I visited Mr.lube and Tej was the one who did my car service like oil change , coolant and cabine filter replacement . My car drive on way back was very smooth . I am very happy with the service . Tej was very professional and helpful, he closely analysed the car and he also recommended me some more services for my car.
They went out of their way to help us and filled our coolant free of charge when our car broke down. They weren't capable of fulfilling our need due to the nature of the repair required, but they were more than prepared to help us push our car across the parking lot out of the way for other customers and even checked on us hours later to help us out some more. This was the worst oil change experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was poor, there was excessive upselling, and they even damaged the electronics for one of my lights i.e. they screwed up my left indicator light. I now have to get it repaired by another mechanic. This branch should be investigated by the relevant authorities for unprofessional behavior and unethical practices.
I blew a winter tire last March. I had to purchase new winter tires for my kia. They put 2 different sets of tires on my car and failed to tell me that they did that. I payed over $1300 for new tires from here. I only realized when I tried to sell them a few days ago. Making it pretty much impossible to sell. I will NOT be returning ever.
