Used to be my go-to place for oil changes, but their customer service has completely tanked in recent years. I now feel shamed and bullied for extra work (that my mechanic has advised me not to get done yet) almost every time I go. Today the service technician accused me of lying, and said, “so you don’t care about doing maintenance on your vehicle.” Absolutely horrible customer service. I will not be returning to Mr.Lube.

The service was fast, friendly and very helpful. They diagnosed my coolant issue quickly and were able to resolve it. The hours are very convenient and the setup customer friendly.
