Came here on Sunday. I had a tire patch. Waited long time. I went inside and clearly heard the Service Manager ranting to his team members that first priority goes to the oil changes, tire repairs need to wait. If that’s the thing then why do you advertise as “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE”. Imagine the business standards and ethics Mr. Lube has to offer to the customers. Im going to give some quick background to explain why Art (the manager) did me a huge favor today. I have been having electrical issues lately, my radio would drain my battery by staying on even with the ignition turned off. I thought I had this fixed at another place, but this weekend, I noticed the problem resurfaced. Virtually all mechanic shops that deal with electrical issues are closed until Monday. My rental SUV had a "low air in tire" message as soon as we picked it up from the Saskatoon airport. The rental company when called was of no help as we were informed that there's no service garage at the airport for rental vehicles. To add insult to injury, only trucks have spare tires in them & no other vehicles do when renting from Budget. I went to Mr. Lube in Saskatoon for an oil change. They told me there was an oil leakage and that I need to replace the oil pan, then gave me an estimate. I called another garage, and they gave me a lower estimate, so I decided not to go with Mr. Lube. After that, Mr. Lube mentioned it's a dent that could leak in the future. I then went to the other garage, and they confirmed there is no oil leakage — it’s only a dent, and the oil pan is still in good condition.
