My daughter took her truck in and they cross threaded a bolt on her skid plate leaving it visibly halfway out. I called, only to be met with an attitude of deflecting responsibility.

Waited an hour and seen other cars coming and going, then I took my son for a walk to shoppers as they said it wasn’t going to take too long. Then I come back and still see the jack lifting my car, would not recommend anyone going here if you’re in a rush. Unbelievable. All in total took 2 HOURS to patch my tire!
Bill and the staff were extremely prompt and exceptionally friendly! They fixed our tire without delay (after 2 other shops turned us away!) and made us feel secure in their knowledge and skill. We are bringing all our vehicle maintenance business here from now on!
