Great customer service
I went there for oil change and i was misinformed about my car’s coolent and other stuff just to charge me more money. I was told my car’s coolent is in a very bad shape and i need to get a proper service of injectors as well. I was also told that the life of coolent is gone However when i came back to ottawa and went to mr lube here (where i usually go) he told me that for my car model the coolent is lifetime and i just have to check the level thats it. After ford didn't take me in for a oil change I came here and jass the manager took care of my car needs, very informative and very explanatory. They cleaned my windshield and windows as i waited.The hot chocolate was amazing, Service with a kind attitude in a professional manner. Wait time was none and was in and out in no time. Overall Service Was A 5 Stars.
Quick and easy service. Damaged heat shield taken out with no problems and communication was transparent.
