Thank you to Gaurav and Ali for working on my car today. Gaurav you are a lifesaver, I explained how I was tight financially and he asked the boss for a discount which was granted! I ended up needing more than an oil change (of course) with a old car like mine its a given. He explained and educated me on what needed to be done and gave me recommendations for my future visit. They are very good
I thought they had the best service and best mechanics. So, when Mr. Lubes Mechanic Suggested me to change the transmission fluid. I did. Thanks to Mr Lubes, Now my transmission is gone. My car broke down on the middle of road and I have to pay $4500 from my pocket. They told me they put the correct amount of Transmission fluid and when I got it checked from my dealership it was way less then the correct amount.
