I took my car in today and couldn't have had a better experience. The team greeted me, offered me a coffee, newspaper and then went to work. I was amazed at how quickly and professionally they walked through the issues with me and offered multiple solutions. The whole experience was top notch. I will be returning and recommending their services. Thank you Mr. Lube + Tires. We are back on the road feeling safe and secure.
If I could give more stars I would. Dayton saved the day! Today was pouring and I had to pull into Mr. Lube (Colwood) for help because my brand new wiper blades (installed somewhere else) the day before ended up getting mangled because they were the incorrect size and I couldn’t drive anymore. Dayton was so kind and quickly replaced them with new correct ones and then sent me on my way, no charge! Only just asked for a Google review - well a million stars for Dayton, he made my day!
