We could not be happier. We receive 3 estimates and Mr. Lee was the best price. He came in & explained everything and was very thorough. The technicians were both very friendly and knowledgeable. We have a new A/C and furnace way below he price of other companies. Thanks Mr. Lee

On time and did a good job.
Very helpful. They don't do a free service call with repair. Wasn't aware of that so had some problems with that. They were very helpful. Unfortunately, I had a new ac guy come out to tell me the replacement fan they put in was a very cheap/bad one so he replaced it at no cost for me.
They are pricier but informative, they are one of the highest service call charges I've had so that's my only downer.
Couldn?t recommend enough! Jason was great to work with. Respectful, knowledgeable, and honest. We just found our HVAC people!

They offer a service plan, which I like.
Jason came out, he was on time and extremely professional. He wasn't able to diagnose the issue because the coils were frozen. Rather than scheduling me the next day or a few days later, he came out after his last appointment at 6:30pm. This company really understands customer service!
