Scheduled a U-Haul pick up for 2pm arrived at 1:45pm waited for 30minutes. Nobody showed up. Door was locked. Avoid this business.
Unfortunately all the 1 star reviews are true. We had a terrible experience trying to rent a Uhaul. Right when we walked in, he didn’t respond to our “good morning” and immediately had a passive aggressive tone. Then he became rude when we asked more details of the rental. We refused service and walked out and had to reach out to regional manager of Uhaul to assist us. Naperville should be ashamed to have a business like this in their community.
The man with the glasses was very very very UNPROFESSIONAL. I came spoke to him and he was very rude. Had to reschedule and came back a hour later. Just for him to say he never spoke to me and he had no idea who he was. Very sarcastic and mean when he spoke and is very racist. Horrible person to speak to and I would never do business at this location again. Never experienced such a nasty person
I have honestly never met someone this rude and unprofessional in a customer service setting. The pickup process itself was completely clear to me. The issue was not that I did not understand the process. The issue was the way I was treated when I asked for help. When I came to pick up my U-Haul truck, this person responded in a very rude and abrupt way.
