This is the best shop ever, he has always been so nice and helpful whenever I need anything done with my car, 10/10 place, clean, quick and dependable
The person I dealt with was surly and lazy. He didn't bother to get the correct information from us at the time we rented the U-Haul and consequently, the paperwork was completed with inaccurate information. Because HE failed to get my email address when we rented the U-Haul, I had to drive back to his location to get a receipt (which I needed for reimbursement.) Absolutely ludicrous! Go elsewhere!
claiming we drove 400 miles in 6 hours. we picked up U-haul in chicago, IL at 1:00 pm and drove it to LISLE, IL one time. (about 45 miles at most) and returned the U-HAUL to the naperville location at at 7:30pm. it is physically impossible to have completed those miles in that amount of time. they charged us $380 for miles that we did not and could not have used. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
