I have honestly never met someone this rude and unprofessional in a customer service setting. The pickup process itself was completely clear to me. The issue was not that I did not understand the process. The issue was the way I was treated when I asked for help. When I came to pick up my U-Haul truck, this person responded in a very rude and abrupt way. Really friendly. Rented a Uhaul from them
The “gentleman” at Mr Kwik today wasn’t friendly or helpful. We found him rude telling me I must need glasses if I can’t see the trailer and his guidance directions for the hook up when he was standing in my blind spot.
This is the best shop ever, he has always been so nice and helpful whenever I need anything done with my car, 10/10 place, clean, quick and dependable
