I don't know what Joan P. Is talking about because I just had my windows done by Mr. K. They were on time, professional, efficient and went out of their way to make sure my windows were sparkling clean. They even did windows that I said didn't need to be done. The estimate I got was what I paid and it was worth every penny! I've never been able to get my windows this clean! I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. I agree with Ginny C as well. I had my windows cleaned a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the outstanding service I received from Mr. K and his entire staff. Something just happened to me today that everyone in our area should know about. I had an appointment with Mr. K's to have my windows cleaned for $353.00 cash (with a 25% off coupon) so I went to the bank yesterday and had my envelope ready for them. Well, shortly after they arrived, Mr. K himself (Ken Karlewicz), the owner, declared that he was going to charge me another $88.00, almost 25% more!
