Highly recommend Mr. Kool & Heating Co! They did a full HVAC replacement for family members and performed HVAC inspections & service for 2 homes for us. Very professional, great communication, prompt and excellent work!
Mr Kool is great. They offer excellent repair service and great customer sevvice. Billy is very knowledgeable and lets you know what he's doing as he does it. Our family would recommend Mr Kool for all of your heating and cooling needs .
10/10 recommend this company, more specifically Mike Parsons. I am in the process of selling my home. The potential buyer for my home hired this company to inspect my HVAC. While I didn’t hire them, Mike, the technician, took time out of his day to educate me on HVAC systems, what filter to use, etc. He didn’t have to do that, especially since I wasn’t technically the customer. He was prompt, polite and professional. I was highly impressed!
