Misleading warranty. They didn't honor the coverage, leading to unexpected expenses. Very disappointed. Paid $1900.00 cash for warranty, just find out they send the warranty company $499.00 and kept $1400.00 for themselves. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! I've spent a grand total of over $20,000.00, all cash money, on a BMW that I'm currently not driving due it continuously breaking down. DO NOT PURCHASE, unless you take a mechanic there with you. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

These people are crooks !!!! I only looked at a car online and ask them about it and they told me I owe them for taking the vehicle off the online add . Then when I called up there they argued with me and curse me out . I never signed a contract and they kept $500 of my money and refused to give the other $500 that I paid for them to hold the car until I see it in person. Fred from Mr. & Mrs. Queen & King will take your money and will not care if you get a bad vehicle. Fred SOLD me a vehicle that the motor went out in 3 weeks, AC also went out and lights went out! He even charged me $350.00 cash to charge my credit card $6,450.00. I don’t have a car anymore and after 1 month. I lost $13,000.00 in a car and that car does not work anymore it needs a new motor. He saw his I struggle, I had a tumor in my hip and I can’t walk, and he didn’t even care. God is watching you Fred.

DO NOT BUY VEHICLES from Fred from Mr. & Mrs. King Auto dealer! He SOLD me a car that the MOTOR Engine was defective and will need a new Engine! He didn’t care that I am just recovering from a Tumor in my Hip and had a Total Hip Replacement. He just cares about his money and not about people. He does not maintain his vehicles. Im very disappointed because now I don’t have a car. God sees everything and I will leave this in Gods hands. I hope this does not happen to someone else.

I call to get information about two car that I wanted to purchase and the lady I spoke to was very rude.. She basically prejudge me, not knowing my credit.. I would not now or ever recommend this car lot to anyone.. The customer service was horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really got the cash for both but they lost out on that sale..... Racists called me a nigga I found them on facebook marketplace cause I was looking for an 07 Tahoe. I sent them a message asking if it was available. They answered yes.
