I waited months for an appointment that was scheduled through my PCP’s office. I thought it was odd I did not ever get an appointment confirmation since my appt is July 2. I call and they claim they can’t find me anywhere in there system. LaKrita the scheduling supervisor was helpful up until I told her my PCP’s office had the paperwork and I had a copy of the confirmation that was discussed with Denise.
