This place is unprofessional and made me waste my time!! I had an important event to go to and couldnt get my hair done at the time I set my appointment. How do you forget to book my appointment?? She said she forgot really??? She was the one who made the appointment and gave me the idea of color for my highlights and I was delighted with the idea. When it comes to my hair, i take it seriously and personal. So unprofessional, what bothers me the most is that made mu appointment 3 weeks in advance!!! Now I cant do my hair 😒 ... read more
Great hair salon! The stylist was friendly, professional, and really paid attention to detail. My haircut turned out clean, stylish, and exactly how I wanted it. The salon was neat, comfortable, and had a calm, relaxing vibe. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely come back!
I am sad to only give this place 2 stars because there are many talented, patient and good listening stylist who work at the establishment. Just don't get the guy closet to the door. The one answering phones today. He does NOT listen. He'll pretend he is listening and pretend it's your choice but, if you tell him something He'll tell you how his way is better and you'll end up walking out crying. Absolutely ridiculous.
