We went to Doctor Vandergriff for over 15 years. We have always been treated with respect. As a doctor he is great. The only doctor office my husband go to.
Didn’t get a chance to meet yet Doctor I think would’ve been nice. Got a chance to meet his front office staff. They have some policy. They want you to write down a credit card on a piece of paper. Successful people don’t do that real people don’t do that I have insurance you tell me what I owe you before I leave. I’d pay you for you to write my credit card number down and put it on a file that’s not happening
Had a great experience here. Not sure I can relate to any of the negative reviews. Dr. Vandergriff took my concern seriously unlike another clinic that had 5 star ratings across town. Gave me some medication and helped me dramatically.
I have used Dr Vandergriff for more than 10 years. I have never experienced any of the difficulties that I read in these reviews. Dr. Vandergriff, Rachel Dorr and Alicia Anderson are professional and have treated whatever my symptoms represented appropriately. Their are times when the office can be busy during tourist season But they are available 7 days a week. They are stringent on prescriptions, if you don't receive what you thought you were going to get, they will explain the reason. I have thought Dr V to be almost rude... read more
