Dr Sharp was my first encounter with a cardiologist, and a pleasant one at that. My first impression was that he is a great communicator, as he told me just what I wanted to hear in layman's terms, and encouraged me to continue my present level of activity without restrictions. And it was only necessary to check in with him annually.... a great referral from my PC doctor!
While I like Dr. Sharpe, the imaging center needs to improve. I had done the pre-registration online, and verified my benefits the day before my scans. Come into registration, and was told I would be self-pay. I told them no, I verified my insurance would cover before I came in. The girl argues with me and says it's their policy to not run insurance and only Medicare pays. I asked to speak with her supervisor who looks into it.
