over priced and bad customer service and treat there employees badly
Still waiting for our potty to get cleaned. It’s been three weeks and I called and left them a message last week.
Mr. John has a great reputation for clean portables and great service. I am never hesitant to use their toilets and they are everywhere around Pittsburgh! Really nice people to deal with. They elevate the toilet rental experience.
We rented from this company and when they came over, the man didn’t bring a dolly. How are we supposed to get the portopotty off the truck without a dolly? He then continued to make faces and roll his eyes at us and accused one of us of lying. He said his name was Red. My friends and I will never use this company again because he was rude, disrespectful, and unbelievably unprofessional.
Our business has used Mr. John for 3 years for events and we've always received the best customer service. Super easy to place an order, delivery is always on time and the units are always clean.
Mr john came today to clean our toilet at A&R Tire. Excellent job as usual. Driver was friendly and did more than what is expected. If you need a porta Jon you can't go wrong with mr John
