Called around and this was the only place that sounded like they wanted my business. Job was quick, thanks.
Walked in and explained I needed to resize my watch and they immediately got to work I was in and out in less than 5 minutes 100% recommend coming here was I charged $11 to resize
Brought in a few items all minor fixes and I was told they would be cleaning each item as well. My watch only need a glass replacement and I was told that was 45$ and had to be ordered in. The glass was replaced and not cleaned under so you can see all the dust, and the watch was half cleaned still residue around the gems. Brought cash for the first items which was repaired same day and waited to pay for the watch till it was repaired but with card I paid this time. I called around, and other shops were hesitant to even look at my jewelry “since I hadn’t purchased anything.” At MR Jewelry, from the initial call they were more than happy to help!! They tested my diamonds, weighed my precious metals, and took a look at some watches. They even gave me an offer for my 14K pieces and recommended pricing for a silver diamond pendant. Came in this morning to repair my watch & replace my battery on my Russian diver Invicta. Roman was great - patient, grounded, pleasant, and most of all serviceable & quick. Price was reasonable too. I appreciate folks like you bro - see you soon! Rudy
