Brought in a few items all minor fixes and I was told they would be cleaning each item as well. My watch only need a glass replacement and I was told that was 45$ and had to be ordered in. The glass was replaced and not cleaned under so you can see all the dust, and the watch was half cleaned still residue around the gems. Brought cash for the first items which was repaired same day and waited to pay for the watch till it was repaired but with card I paid this time. They tested my diamonds, weighed my precious metals, and took a look at some watches. They even gave me an offer for my 14K pieces and recommended pricing for a silver diamond pendant.
