They were so thoughtful and really cared! I had them take a very sentimental fasgion ring if mine, and replace a plastic gem with a garnet, rhinestones replaced with czs, and plate the whole thing in 14k gold. Not only did they do a FANTASTIC job, they even held it for me for free until I could pay. Even months later, they remembered me by name. Unbeatable customer service. Thank you guys!!
