They used glue on my $800 solid gold and gemstone ring. Glue. They used glue on fine jewelry. Glue. When I asked about it, they lied straight to my face and said it came in like that. This place shouldn’t even be open.
I took a ring to be secured because the stone was loose and the scratched it very badly. The stone even looks scratched or slightly cracked. Beware of having repairs done here. They are not professionals.
