I would rate a zero star if it would possible !!!! Stay away from the renting apartment with MR Investments!!!! They never take a responsibility of you have some issue with something at this property. I had a leaked ceiling for a years and need ignored by them. They never wanted to solve that issue until I scheduled the inspector from the city. Now have a mold at my bathroom for a pretty long time, and the same behavior from them. I have been living at one of their apartments for 2 years and it’s the worst!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Maintenance requests don’t ever get checked. Offer tried to take me to court for something we dealt with after getting a 3 day notice, and then when we showed up to court told us he was going to ask the judge to dismiss the case. I am now at the point where I am going to take him to court and sue him.
