I agree, that guy is very very arrogant and he chooses to be this! He obviously has a dislike or stigma towards Americans! He tells me, “so you’re a Veteran huh?” Because I was using my VA Home Loan! Then he went on bragging about his tenure in the British Military! Bragging about his missions in war zones! I'm a homeowner and they broke one of our window locks during their building inspection, but there has been no responsible reply from them. That's even nothing compared to what they have done to my sales. They made false or exaggerated claims, and completely scared a buyer away. For example, they pointed out that one board of the front porch floor hasn't been replaced and told the buyer that the entire porch floor is rotten!
