The agent , Mercedes, was the buyers agent on a property we sold in June. The agent was unprofessional and failed to inform her clients to have utilities put in sellers name. Once clients were informed they did not notify the utilities, we thought that was the end. Now, next month I receive a bill in our name for the Gas bill. Utility companies will not allow us to shut off utility, the buyers needed to call.
