Mr. Ice installed a supposedly brand new system at my home in October 2022. As soon as I tried to use the heat in December 2022 the unit froze into a block of ice. After attempting to call, text and email the company, with no response I reached out to another company believing that my unit, as stated on my receipt, was under a 10 year warranty. The only AC business that we will use and recommend. You can feel comfortable that you won’t get played for extra money with this business. We appreciate their honesty instead of trying to make a quick buck like many other businesses in the area. Definitely recommend!

After going through the hottest heatwave on record amid the four weeks my three kids, two little dogs and I had no a/c I was finally able to afford to pay an a/c person to install the compressor I had ordered with the help of my ex husband. The company I originally hired ghosted me when they told me I needed a new compressor, the second person I hired (after the compressor arrived) started to install and ran out of blow torch gas, left and never came back. This company came to our work about 3 weeks ago to fix our mini split unit in a busy marina. They said it was low on freon and that it had a leak. They added freon and when asked to fix the leak I was told they didn't have the tools in the truck and would come back. 3 weeks later today our unit ran out again and was in an office over 94 degrees. Had a great experience with this local, family-owned operation. Scott was efficient, honest, and clearly knew what he was doing. What really stood out was how far he went to help me out—he drove out to Tampa on a weekend just to pick up the part I needed so I wouldn’t be stuck without A/C. I had already booked a hotel for Friday night, thinking I’d be without cool air all weekend, but by Saturday morning he was already texting me that he had the part and was on his way to my house.
