My experience dealing with Ronny (or Rattan based on e-transfer record) is nothing but terrible. We approached him at the beginning of Feb 2025 for a residential AC repair. He wasn't able to identify and fix the issue onsite; thus, jumped on a call for remote tech support. In the end, he promised that they would come back and continue the repair another day. In the past 5 weeks, I've been trying to get in touch and ask for updates. He either ghosted my messages and calls, or gave a fake promise like "I will post you today". ... read more
