I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too concerning to ignore. I visited a few days ago around noon, at the location opposite Eastwood Mall. While preparing a sandwich, the staff member dropped something on the floor and then picked it up and continued using it. It was honestly disgusting to witness such poor hygiene. I got sandwiches from them this morning.They were absolutely soggy. I am suprised that the owner hasn’t improved after this many reviews! I didn’t like the service too. The girl with bun had a strange attitude! Looked like she was dreading the customers coming in! Pls try and improve if you want people to have good experience and for u to do good on the market. Just overworking the staffs won’t do any good!
