Absolutely don’t dine here! They’re incredibly overpriced and extremely deceptive! I only ordered sandwiches and they tried to charge me for full meals. Then they attempted to give me small drinks after charging me for large meals. I confronted the cashier and after debate requested a refund and was told that because I paid with a card, they couldn’t! First time ordering here. I left the store after I paid for 5 min to pick up something else. When I came back, the guy recognized me and handed my order right away, I had slight modification, and they were taken care of. Got the cheesesteak, Not disappointed.

I have been to this very super-awesome Mr. Hero so many times. Went there today and staff was generous and kind to us when we ordered our Mr. Hero food. Staff listened to our orders, too. Believe me, the service there is delightful. Service and staff is very generous, caring and kind in every way. The wait times for food there is never long. They're always wonderfully short.
