Loved Mr.Hero back home and was excited to get it again. The sandwich was great and cheese sauce good but the fries and tots need to cook an extra few minutes cause they all come out floppy and soggy with no crisp whatsoever.

Great food! Only complaint is that hours are listed as they’re open at 10 AM. I have been there four times at 10:15 and they are never open.
