I ordered 6 sub sandwiches by phone. They only gave us 5 sub sandwiches. When we called to get a refund on the 1 sub sandwich they argued and told me to “shut up.”
Wish I could give a zero for service. Food was cold and the customer service was god awful Placed an order by phone, had it confirmed in store before paying. When I approached the counter to pick up said order the male in the kitchen immediately asked me if I could double check my order because he may have missed something. Checked with cashier and was reassured it was correct. This was not the case, I called back and was told to shut up when they were questioning me and then attempting to answer.
