The employees are super nice! The food was delicious! I had a hot buttered steak. The best tasting I have ever had!
I had not had a Romanburger in years. It was as good as I remembered. Very personable young man working the counter.
Its not the first time that they didn’t put any lunch meat on the Roman burger but @ $7.50 and not getting what you ordered I took it back and I got a lame excuse and they were willing to make me a new one but I wanted my money back I know they are millionaires but trying to nickel and dime customers is inexcusable. Just make sure you’re getting what you asked for. But seriously just go somewhere else.
We don’t live in OH anymore but every time we come back to visit we come to Mr hero’s at least every other meal. We absolutely love this place and unfortunately they are only in OH. This location is very friendly and the food is on point every time. Please expand into my states please.
