Seems the few reviews I found were all great. Streaks come to an end in everything. Working through my Home Warranty people, they scheduled an appt with this company for 8am-12noon for the show time the next day. That day was today when all we got was crickets. I finally called my Warranty place and they gave me the info of the this company coming out. I called the number at about 3pm and Hakim answers. I just mentioned I had a 8am-12 appt with no contact yet. He casually stated he wasn't going to make it because he had 2 cl... read more
I overheard the conversation with Daniel and this so called owner Hakim. He lied about everything. We can understand how days fall apart but he should have called us in the morning to inform us. His poor scheduling and communication processes deserve the low rating. All he had to was apologize for not informing us but he didn't. Future customers try One Hour Air Condition & Heating because they are more professional. They came in less than 2 hrs and repaired on the spot.
