Purchased a groupon, after 3 days of calling and leaving voicemails to schedule and appointment to have a tuneup on my furnace I never got one call back. If you have a groupon you should work better to honor those and not have the customer jump through hoops to get a hold of you. Had groupon refund my money because I dont want someone like this performing a service on my home.

Jon with Mr. Heat was professional, on time and worked in an efficient manner. He did a great job with cleaning and servicing our air conditioning unit to get it ready for this summer. You wouldn't believe the stuff I saw coming out the unit when he was cleaning it... leaves, branches, etc. So glad we decided to do this early in the spring because it was 80 degrees out the following week and we turned on the AC in our home. I've never met "Mr. Heat" himself, but I hear he's a stand up gentleman and his staff is definitely an embodiment of that. Go to service for all heating and cooling needs!
