The tech did a great job. The office/dispatch communication was worlds class. The tech came to the site had all the parts explained what he was going to do asked me to confirm. He was neat and let the site clean
5 stars - quality of work replacing exterior door handle/dead bolt. The handyman was great. 0 stars - false marketing. The owner and his receptionist play in false marketing and accused me of lying. Booking process: 1. Received a loyalty coupon via email since I had used Mr. Handyman previously 2. Needed to take care of the door handle for my mom, who lives 5 minutes away from my house. 3. Easy to make an appointment and they were able to fix the problem quickly. The technician didn’t rush through the job and it was a good value for the job that was done.
Excellent experience with Mr. Handyman! Our technicians (Jim and Paul) were on time, diligent, professional and very friendly. The work was completed surprisingly quickly and efficiently, despite the per hour pay rate. I especially appreciate that after a very small oversight on one part of a job (adjusting a cabinet a bit too far) a Jim was sent right away to fix up the job with no questions asked. We will be using you guys again - thank you.

Reliable and knowledgeable techs; office personnel very helpful and professional. Maritza in the office was spectacular. Pedro did the work efficiently and fast and was thorough. He removed a cbstroom vanity countertop and center set faucet and installed a new replacement of each.
