I live down the street from Mr. Handyman, they are located in the 1500 block and I live in the 1300 block of North Harlem Ave. I called today wanting to speak with the owner but a lady answers the phone, switchboard, so she says but she is rude, unprofessional, curt and literally disconnected our call saying I don't think I want to do business with you all because I insisted on speaking to the very nice man or his wife who did work for me some years back and the owner even walked down to my home since I live so close to thei... read more
I hired from this location for originally for a few things, but ultimately for all day. The technican was Brian who was very friendly and personable. It wasn't until later that evening we found the first of several issues with his work. 1) We had him replace two ceiling fans. Although different makers, the remotes for each fan also operated the other. The technician come back to change the settings of one.
