It turned out to be a simple fix. The technician laughed and bragged to my tenant that he was still able to charge the full amount. He was rude, I will never hire anyone from this company again.
Do Not use this company. See pics on my Yelp review! I hired them to fix some rotted boards and railings on my back deck. Very Sloppy Work and half a*s done. Instead of replacing the whole board by my back door the lazy guy cut the board 6 inches from the top and now of course it is coming away from the house. see pics. All he had to do is literally remove 1 nail from the 2 x 4 nailed into the white board to be replaced and replace the entire board. We asked them to fill in the gap between my sink and granite counter top. The person did not completely fill in the gap with silicon. I should have done it myself.
