This company is very expensive, do your homework. They charge $69.00 just to come to your house then charge you by the hour $167.00 per hour. The guy who came to our home had a lot to say, needless talking on my dime, brought his lunch in and sat down at my table to eat it. He didn't use a tarp and placed all his tools out on the white bedroom carpet, filled my wife's small vanity wastebasket with trash he should have taken with him and left the toilet in her bathroom clogged. RecommendedMike and assistant (forgot his name) were friendly, hardworking, efficient and great! Notices of the expected time and then the text they were on their way, along with a photo, was very thoughtful and a good safety measure for work to be done.Also, working with us as to the day the door was to be put in was great! Really did want it in by Christmas yet I know it was very cold. When "warmer" weather happened, you all worked your best to come when possible
Had them out this morning to hang some gutters and repair one and they did a spectacular job. Came in under quoted amount and they didn't milk the clock like some companies do. Very polite and work done looks great. I will be using them again in the future for sure.
The work is great from Mr Handyman. Downgraded just because we get coupons from them all the time but cannot use them for one reason or another. Had a job that was one hour and 15 minutes, charged us $256 and they wouldn't take coupon that say money off of 1/2 day or full day. They should supply coupons that people can actually use.
I was very disappointed in the work done and felt as a senior citizen I was taken advantage of. The initial rep I talked to should have explained that I was paying for only a rough sub-floor repair and not a finished floor. I also felt the workmanship was shoddy. When I called a "real" carpenter in to estimate finishing the job, he confirmed that the work was sub-standard.
