Fraudulent business billing practices. Charges for services which were not performed. Workers disappear during the time of job. Charges for labor that was not perform at labor rates. Billing very vague about the work performed. Excessive charges without an explanation. Unpleasant expensive job with no warranties.

When a client comes to us with a concern, we make every attempt to respond to that concern with a reasonable resolution. In this situation, we dealt with the husband of the household, who indicated he was satisfied with the work. The wife later complained about the cost of the job, and unfortunately, we were unable to resolve her pricing concerns. Every statement made in the complaint is simply untrue, which makes it difficult to respond to.
Mr. Handyman was on time, very professional and efficient. He cleaned up the area he was working on. He did a beautiful job fixing our composite deck, which was a difficult job. Larry was very personable!

I am very happy with the soffit work handyman Stephen did on my house. He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience. I placed an online query and got a call back within a half hour. A few days later I had a skilled technician at the house to install trim for a new door. Justin was prompt, friendly, professional and focused. His work was careful and thorough, and at the end he improvised a good solution for a finishing detail. Very happy with the end result, and the cost was totally reasonable, especially considering the quality of work.
