We had a small leak where our laundry room vent is after a heavy rain on Monday July 28, 2025. Our house is only 4 years & 10 months old, but these things can happen, water was dripping out and of the vent. Marco came over the very next day at 8:00am on time, after I called Jim on Tuesday July 29, 2025. Very, very prompt service which I appreciated! Marcos has great attention to detail, cleaned up after each project, and was pleasant to work with.
Despite the very hot day (105° ☀️), Marco was professional, helpful, and focused on the job at hand. He did an excellent job! Highly recommended.
Funny how impressions are made. Like, how I feel about ever using Mr Handyman after almost getting run over at Sterigere and Whitehall by a Mr Handyman truck while crossing in the crosswalk with my dog this morning. Not likely, now, to ever use you guys.
