The technician, Nick, arrived during the time window provided by the scheduler. He was shown my problem door. He proceeded to analyze the situation, provided a cost estimate, retrieved the needed appropriate equipment and began working to remedy the problem after I signed the estimate/work agreement. He was very kind and explained why the problem arose in the first place.
