They installed gutter guards. When I inspected them for first time a year later (nobody had been near them since installation, but the gutters were clogged resulting in water flowing onto land below), I discovered they were installed wrong leaving a gaping 1.5 inches between the guard and the front of the gutter. This allowed debris to collect in the gutter, making the guards useless. They claim we uninstalled and reinstalled them incorrectly, which makes no sense. Why would anybody do that?
