Did a pour job cleaning gutters and a lousy job on the downspouts wife called and customer service was extremely rude do not use stay away

We have a 30 day guarantee. When we were alerted that something may have been missed because they were overflowing during the rain, we put a follow up on the schedule for the next Monday. However, that Monday morning, we received a call stating not to worry about, that the husband had found time to deal with it over the weekend. Roughly 2 weeks later, a refund was requested. Unfortuntately, we can't give refunds on service redendered.
This is a great company. The crew is prompt, polite, and careful while doing a fantastic job. We just signed on for another year because we are so pleased.
The team at Mr Greene's is top notch. I can't express my thanks enough for your professionalism and customer service. You guys are doing it right. I would highly recommend this company.

Big fan of this company and its employees. Most reliable and friendly service of any kind in York County. Their prices are so competitive that it doesn't make sense to clean your gutters on your own or not clean them at all. Great on communication, being on time and treating customers with respect. Just love doing business with Mr Green. Keep up the good work.
