Experience went disappointing Waited 20mins for food preparation that too while ordering at drive thru. Classic chicken was still not cooked properly. Not Recommending to people who really wanna have a Good meal after a hectic day
Seems the Owner doesnt finds any 1 star rating and reviews legitimate. I would have actually written a paragraph about the employee hiring structure and their views on kicking people out: but dont wanna waste time. The restaurant anyhow has no such high sales and profit. Owner should themselves come and experience the nature and environment in the kitchen and their training structure. Worst experience. The supervisor Kritika act like boss lady keeps shouting at employees. The customer service and food quality is not good.
I would like to give 0 star if there will be option. Worse service offered by Kritika may be the supervisor. I think such supervisors results in the downfall of this franchise. Such a rude , arrogant that lady is. I have been there a couples of times and observed her misbehaviour. I dont know why Mr Greek hasnt taken any action and terminated this lady who is misrepresentating the franchise at front desk.
