I contacted the Company Mr Glass to repair one pane of glass on a 9 pane front door via email. They requested pictures and within a few days scheduled an appointment for repair. The estimate was fair and the work was done within 2 hours of the tech arriving. This was not an easy job as the door was over 30 years old with built up paint. The tech was patient and methodical and was able to remove the wood window frame without breaking it and he cut the glass and installed it like new. I would highly recommend Mr Glass.
