Dr George Lendaris is the best. His caring attitude and deep commitment to "get me out of pain" in the short term, and to also teach me how to heal my body, for long-term health. He has taught me many movements and exercises to help me continue strengthening my body and avoid further damage. I'm very active and a bit of a clutz, so Dr Lendaris has helped me with shoulder and knee damage (avoiding surgery).
