Purchased a new Brivis evaporative cooler from Mr Gasman Mornington a few years back. So happy with the previous service I had Mr Gasman replace my old hot water heater with a new Rinnai instant gas hot water service. Customer service from Mr Gasman is second to none. Just goes to prove that dealing with a local, friendly, honest, family owned business is the only way to go as you develop an ongoing trustworthy relationship. Tracey and Pete from Mr Gas Man went above and beyond for us this week. Our evap cooler started playing up on the 19th of December. Phoned Tracey first thing on the 20th (the day of their staff xmas party and last day of work for the year) only for Pete to come past our house the following day to fix it for us. So very grateful.
