I just had Peter from Mr Gasman complete a service on our Brivis Upflow 120 central gas heater. Peter was on time, professional, and very experienced. He did a thorough job and even showed me what the unit looked like before/after. When service was completed, Peter performed several safety tests and made certain the unit was working properly. Not our first Rodeo with Mr Gasman, who's treated us well in the past. This time was no exception. Our heater stopped working, and Jake showed up in good time. Because of his experience, he was able to diagnose the fault first shot... a goal in this case, as the part causing the problem doesn't usually get flagged as the issue. We are extremely happy we chose Mr Gasman for our new Coonara gas heater. The showroom staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, as was Peter when he came to our home for measurements and a quote. The old heater was removed and the new installed promptly. The whole process was smooth and efficient and the price for the heater and installation was very reasonable too. We highly recommend Mr Gasman.
