Mr Gasman recently did a wonderful job installing a new Coonara gas heater in our 1980’s house in Mount Martha. This installation enabled me to then complete a long planned renovation of the heater’s surrounding brick wall and hearth. Mr Gasman is a company that I thoroughly recommend.
I couldn’t fault Mr Gasman’s staff from the initial enquiry to the installation of our Coonara inbuilt wood fire. Tracey in the shop was always helpful, knowledgeable and responded to emails etc promptly. Jake, and his apprentice Monty, did a fabulous job installing the unit under very difficult conditions because the chimney in one spot was too narrow to accommodate the metal flu. They cleaned up after themselves before they headed away. A big thank you all round 🤗
The expertise and Customer Service we received with Mr. Gasman was absolutely incredible 🙏 we can highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a fireplace from there as you will be in very good hands.
The Mr Gasman team provided outstanding customer service from booking the service with the lovely Tracey on the phone, right through to the installation of the unit on the day. The whole process was smooth and well-organised, with clear communication every step of the way. On the day of service Jake and team were punctual, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain how the evaporative cooler works and its functionality. When researching putting aircon into our house the staff were extremely helpful no matter how many questions I had or how many times I went back to ask another question. They were the only company who actually got into the roof space and lifted tiles to give me a quote. Come installation day they turned up on time and completed the work in a timely and professional manner.
