First time using Mr Garage Door Repair of Novato and it was a good call. Felt like they actually cared. Walked me through the bill line by line. Left the area cleaner than they found it. Solid the whole way through.

Needed opener installation done last minute and every other place turned me down. Mr Garage Door Repair of Novato took it on, no problem. They got to me within the hour and the work was solid. Gave me a couple options instead of pushing the priciest one. Worth it.

I've tried probably four or five different garage door companies over the years. Some were okay, some were disasters. Started using Mr Garage Door Repair of Novato about 8 years ago and haven't looked back. What sets them apart is consistency. Every single time, same quality, same professionalism. No runaround, just straight answers. Followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was good. At this point I don't even bother getting other quotes. I just call them and know it'll be done right.

First time using Mr Garage Door Repair of Novato and it was a good call. Felt like they actually cared. Cleaned up after themselves before they left. The tech answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. Professional the whole way through.

the sensor adjustment was easily a 10 out of 10. My only small gripe is that parking was a little tight. But once things got going, Mr Garage Door Repair of Novato was proffesional and made up for it. Sent a real person, not a call center runaround. Still completely satisfied. Either way, highly recommend.
