I called this morning and spoke to Jamie. Around 8:30. He stated he’d call when he was on his way. It is 4:30pm. No call. Didn’t show. My search for a reliable service tech continues.

Highly recommend doing business with Mr. Garage Door. Jamie was extremely informative, reliable, and did great work. He replaced our old wooden doors with new steel ones in no time. They work better than before and look fantastic, all for a great price.
I called Mr. Garage Door on Thursday evening around 7pm. The website stated he closed at 8pm. When I called, a guy answered and he gave me a different number to call. I sent pictures to that number and he didn't respond until 10pm. I called Friday. No answer and no call back. Very unprofessional.
Called Mr. Garage Door at the advice of a good friend who had used him and who had stellar things to say. After meeting the owner ( who was very responsive and got it to my home the next day) and watching him quickly take care of spring replacement and repair to my non-functional and loud garage doors.... I am in full agreement. I could not have asked for better service or price. Very satisfied and highly recommended.
